I take great pride in the pottery I create and believe strongly that every piece I make should go to a home where someone will love it as much as I do. I understand that buying something as personal as handmade pottery online can be challenging. Because of this, I have a stress free return policy and 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Basically, if you don’t love it, send it back and I’ll get it to someone who does. 

If you don’t love the piece once you have it in your hands you can return it for free. You have up to 90 days once it arrives, and you will receive a full refund as long as it is put in the mail in the same condition it was in when you received it.

If anything shows up broken just send me a photo of the broken piece and your order number and I will refund your money. Shipping is insured so you don’t have to worry about me. 

If you need to submit a return, please email abrahammcbridepottery+returns@gmail.com with your order number and which items you will be returning.

Please only buy what you expect to keep. As a small business I also ask that you consider gifting rather than returning, if there is someone in your life you believe would love it.
